ISS hosted its first-ever event in Hobart, marking an exciting step in the International Student Summit’s continued growth across Australia.

As our first Hobart edition, the event provided a dedicated space for Tasmania’s international student community to connect with education providers, employers, migration professionals, career organisations, and support services. Through seminars, exhibitor conversations, networking opportunities, and career-focused activities, attendees gained practical guidance and greater insight into the opportunities available to them in Tasmania and across Australia.

The Hobart event highlighted the importance of creating accessible platforms for international students in regional and smaller capital cities to connect with trusted organisations and support. We’re proud to have brought ISS to Tasmania for the first time and look forward to strengthening the summit’s presence in Hobart in the years ahead.
